<h3>Order Confirmation</h3>
<p>Once you place an order, our team will contact you through the phone number or email address provided to confirm your order details — including product information, total amount, and estimated delivery time.
After receiving this confirmation, the order <strong>cannot be cancelled</strong> by you.</p>
<p>In the rare case that a product becomes unavailable after order confirmation, we will notify you promptly. In such cases:</p>

<li><strong>If payment has been made:</strong> You are entitled to cancel the order and receive a full refund of the amount paid.</li>
<li><strong>If you opted for Cash on Delivery (COD):</strong> You are entitled to cancel the order before dispatch.</li>

<h3>Order Cancellation by CANOY</h3>
<p>We reserve the right to cancel your order under the following circumstances:</p>

<li>We are unable to reach you for order confirmation.</li>
<li>The delivery address provided is outside our serviceable area.</li>
<li>Delivery cannot be completed due to incomplete or inaccurate information.</li>
<li>The ordered product is unavailable.</li>

<p>Once we receive your request, our team will review and verify your transaction. Upon approval, the refund will be processed.
A deduction of <strong>20%</strong> (towards shipping and payment gateway charges) will apply to the original amount paid.</p>
<p><strong>Note:</strong> Refunds cannot be processed for transactions made via <strong>Vouchers</strong>.
In such cases, a <strong>Gift Voucher</strong> equivalent to the purchase value will be issued.</p>
